 sHBS faculty authors Tatiana Sandino and Jeffrey Rayport\, School of Rock p
 resident Stacey Ryan\, and host Brian Kenny discuss how company leadership 
 was able to standardize curriculum and processes across its large franchise
  network. They’ll explore options Ryan’s team considered to drive adoption 
 of the “Method App\,” which provided a structure to empower and guide work 
 at the school branches\, featuring nearly 100 show programs and 1\,000 copy
 right-compliant song choices tagged with the associated skill levels\, musi
 cal concepts\, and corresponding show programs. All while giving franchisee
 s freedom in certain areas and without reigniting tensions between franchis
