The workplace revolution is here and a new reality has emerged. The traditional office is dead, the 9 to 5 workday is obsolete, and AI is devouring jobs whole.

But these changes also offer radical new opportunities. In their new book, Employment Is Dead, Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur Deborah Perry Piscione and HR transformation expert Josh Drean reassess the antiquated norms of the workplace.

On March 7, they will join us to discuss this vision for the future of working life. Drawing from their groundbreaking research and decades spent disrupting traditional business models, they reveal a blueprint for survival in a post-employment world – one that mobilizes transformative technologies and new ways of operating.

They will cover the myriad ways new tech including GenAI, Web3, decentralized work platforms, smart contracts and the metaverse and much more are enabling individuals and organizations to reinvent how work happens. This session is for everyone navigating new technologies and embracing the exciting possibilities of the future of work.
