Digital, Data, and Design Institute at Harvard (D^3) is partnering with the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, the Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Harvard University Information Technology, and the Harvard Library to offer a university-wide symposium on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The event will explore the potential and implications of Generative AI technologies in teaching, learning, and research.

This half-day symposium is open to Harvard faculty, staff, and students. Sessions will focus on the impact of AI on research, teaching, administration, and innovative applications across professional schools and areas of practice. The event will showcase cutting-edge work being conducted across Harvard and foster ongoing community dialogue on how artificial intelligence will shape the future of the University.

Attendees are invited to join faculty, staff, and students to explore AI use cases across a range of fields. The program will include talks, concurrent breakout sessions, and an exhibit hall, providing an opportunity to learn about current projects at the University and network with others interested in generative AI.
