Free EventProfessor Linda Hill discusses concepts from her new book, Genius at Scale, with co-authors Emily Tedards and Jason Wild. In a world where “business as usual” is no longer viable, how can leaders drive innovation at scale? Drawing on global research across industries and sectors, they explore what it takes to generate bold ideas and turn them into reality.
The conversation will be moderated by Scott D. Anthony, clinical professor of strategy at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and author of Epic Disruptions.

Biographies:
Linda A. Hill
Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and faculty chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is one of the world’s leading experts on leadership and innovation. Hill has been recognized among the world’s top management thinkers, most recently ranking #4 in the Thinkers50 (2025). She also received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award (2015) and was named an Innovation Luminary at the FEI25 Awards (2025).
Emily Tedards
Emily Tedards is a graduate researcher in organizational behavior at Harvard Business School and a doctoral fellow with the Reimagining the Economy Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School. She is also a senior consultant with Paradox Strategies.
Jason Wild
Jason Wild is an executive, author, and adviser on strategy, innovation, and growth. He has worked with leading organizations including Disney, AT&T, NATO, and the City of Paris, leading projects in more than 40 countries. A co-founder of Wild Innovation Consulting, he previously held executive roles at Microsoft, IBM, and Salesforce and focuses on helping leaders unlock innovation at scale, including in AI, digital transformation, and new operating models.
Scott D. Anthony
Scott D. Anthony is a clinical professor of strategy at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he focuses on disruptive change. He previously spent more than 20 years at Innosight, the growth strategy consulting firm co-founded by Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen. He is the author of Epic Disruptions: Eleven Innovations that Shaped Our Modern World and several other books on innovation and strategy. Anthony won the Thinkers50 Innovation Award in 2017 and was ranked the fifth most influential management thinker in the 2025 Thinkers50 rankings.
