Join your fellow HBS alums in a virtual meeting to discuss issues of stakeholder—as distinct from stockholder—management issues, along with the significance and effects of ESG on the process.  Among others, we will consider such questions as:

• Should today’s profit-making companies be managed for the benefit of more than just their shareholders?
• Who are the other stakeholders that receive both positive and negative values from their companies?  What are those values and how should good management deal with them?
• How important are ESG values in managing a company?
• Large investments are being made in the stock of companies that claim high ESG performance.  Is this investment criterion sound?
